Created to help the client redefine their business development role to align with current needs and future growth goals. The focus was on establishing clear, straightforward responsibilities and accountability measures that clarified expectations for all parties.

Working closely with leadership, we transformed what had previously been a generic job description into a more intentional, story-driven framework. Sometimes the right words are hard to find. It takes understanding the nuances of the field and the people behind it to articulate what success really looks like.
