The client had maintained the same one-page resume for years, having built their entire career within one company and industry, a rare and admirable path that can make updating a resume feel especially daunting in today’s market!
The goal was to modernize and refresh the document while keeping it concise, visually balanced, and easy to navigate. The redesign focused on highlighting measurable achievements, above-and-beyond performance metrics, and creating a more generalized professional title to attract opportunities beyond their long-standing industry experience.
To complement the update, an easy-to-edit cover page was designed for seamless personalization when submitting applications.
