Developed to create structure, clarity, and momentum for new team members during their first 90 days. This plan outlined a 30-60-90 day Ramp & Align framework designed to bring the candidate up to speed with company goals, expectations, and success metrics. Thus ensuring both sides are aligned from day one.
It allowed space for new hires to observe teams, absorb information, and understand dynamics in the early weeks, encouraging them to be a sponge without losing momentum in building the skills needed to hit the ground running.
A two-week itemized daily onboarding schedule accompanied the plan to ensure every detail was captured, helping to embrace culture, reinforce goals, and embed metrics consistently throughout the process.
